Ingredients

  • 3–4 fresh corn cobs

  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or basil (chopped)

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the Corn
    Carefully slice each corn cob into thick rings (about 1–1.5 inches thick).

  2. Prepare Garlic Herb Mixture
    In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, herbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Coat the Corn Rings
    Brush the garlic herb mixture generously over all sides of the corn rings.
