  • 150 g feta cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Garnish (Optional)

  • Toasted walnuts or almonds

  • Fresh parsley or thyme

  • Extra chili flakes


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Veggies

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss Brussels sprouts and sweet potato with olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Roast Until Caramelized

Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy at edges.

3️⃣ Make Chili Hot Honey

Warm honey gently in a small pan.
Stir in chili flakes and vinegar/lemon. Set aside.

4️⃣ Whip the Feta

Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.

5️⃣ Assemble

Spread whipped feta on a serving plate.
Top with roasted veggies, drizzle chili hot honey, and garnish with nuts and herbs.
