  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 medium apples, peeled & grated

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • ¼ cup milk (any kind)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional:

    • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds

    • 2 tbsp raisins (optional, still no added sugar)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.

  4. Fold in nuts or raisins if using.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
