🥥Christmas Cream-Filled Coconut Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
For the filling:

1 cup (240 g) cream cheese OR condensed milk (choose your preference)

2 tbsp butter, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup desiccated coconut
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the outer layer:

1½ cups crushed biscuits (tea biscuits or graham crackers)

2–3 tbsp cocoa powder

4–5 tbsp milk (just enough to form a dough)

2 tbsp melted butter
-
2–3 tbsp sugar (optional, to taste)
For rolling:

1 cup desiccated coconut
🥣 Instructions
1. Make the creamy filling

Mix cream cheese (or condensed milk), butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup desiccated coconut.

Stir until a smooth, thick mixture forms.

Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until firm enough to shape.

Shape into small balls and freeze for 10–15 minutes.
2. Make the chocolate outer layer

In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, melted butter, and milk.

Knead until it becomes a soft dough that can hold shape.
3. Assemble

Take a small amount of chocolate dough and flatten in your palm.

Place a frozen cream ball in the center.

Wrap and roll into a smooth ball.
4. Coat

Roll each ball in desiccated coconut until fully coated.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes before serving.

For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or a whole almond inside the filling.

Use dark cocoa for richer color and taste.

If the outer dough cracks, add a few more drops of milk.
