Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed rice flakes.
Q3: Can I add more Mediterranean flavor?
Sure! You can mix in basil, thyme, or lemon zest.
Q4: My mixture is too soft, what to do?
Add 2–4 tbsp extra breadcrumbs to firm it up.
Q5: Can I freeze cutlets?

Flour + water paste works great. You can also use soaked chia seeds (2 tbsp).
Q7: What oil is better?
Olive oil gives best taste but any neutral oil works fine.
