❓ Q & A
Q: Why didn’t my pita puff?
A: Dough must be soft, evenly rolled, and the pan/oven must be very hot.
Q: Can I store them?
A: Yes, keep in an airtight bag for 2 days, or freeze for 1 month.
Q: Can I use whole-wheat flour?
A: Yes, use 50% whole-wheat + 50% all-purpose for softer results.
Q: My dough is sticky—what should I do?
A: Add a little flour at a time, but keep the dough soft (soft dough makes fluffy pita).
