❓ Q & A
Q1: Can I use boneless chicken thighs?
Yes, thighs work perfectly and stay juicy.
Q2: How do I make the sauce thicker?
Simmer longer or add 1–2 extra tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Q3: Can I replace heavy cream?
For low-carb, heavy cream is best.
You can also do ½ heavy cream + ½ cream cheese.
Q4: Can I meal prep this?
Yes, it lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
Q5: How can I make it spicy?
Add red chili flakes or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

If it splits, whisk in 1 tbsp cream cheese to fix it.
