🫒🍋 Mediterranean Lemon–Garlic Infusion

A bright, zesty, aromatic Mediterranean-style sauce/marinade perfect for chicken, seafood, veggies, pasta, or salads.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced or crushed

  • 1 tsp oregano (dried)

  • ½ tsp thyme (dried)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½–1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp honey (optional – balances acidity)

  • 1–2 tbsp water (optional – thins it out for dressing)

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper into a bowl.

  2. Whisk everything together until emulsified and smooth.

  3. Stir in fresh parsley at the end.

  4. Add a little water if you want a lighter dressing, or honey if you want mild sweetness.

  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes so the flavors fuse perfectly.
