Q&A

Q1: My stuffing balls fall apart. What should I do?

Add another egg or 2–3 tbsp water/broth. Chilling before cooking also helps.

Q2: Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! Roll them and keep in fridge for 24 hours or freeze for 1 month.

Q3: Can I skip cheese?

Yes, totally optional. It just adds softness inside.

Q4: What stuffing works best?

Any leftover stuffing: bread stuffing, herb stuffing, sausage stuffing — all work great.

Q5: Can I use packet gravy?

Yes! Just prepare packet gravy and serve with crispy balls.
