🍽️ Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium potatoes (thinly sliced or cubed)

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 6–7 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano/thyme/parsley)

  • Salt to taste

1. Prep the Potatoes

  • Wash and slice/cube the potatoes.

  • Soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove starch (extra crispiness).

  • Pat dry completely.

2. Make Garlic Butter

  • Melt butter + olive oil in a pan.

  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (don’t burn it).

3. Season

  • Add paprika, pepper, chili flakes, herbs, and salt.

  • Mix well.

4. Cook the Potatoes

Pan Method:

  • Add potatoes to the pan.

  • Cook on medium flame for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Flip occasionally.

Air Fryer Method:

  • Toss potatoes in the garlic butter mixture.

  • Air fry 200°C for 15–18 minutes until crispy.

5. Finishing
