1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

4–5 garlic cloves (minced)

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Season & Sear the Chicken

Rub chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Sear chicken on medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.

Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Mushroom Sauce

In the same pan, add butter + olive oil.

Add mushrooms; cook until they soften.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth → simmer 1 minute.

Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Cook until thick and creamy.
3. Combine

Add chicken breasts back into the sauce.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is rich.
