• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 1 cup diced pickles
• 1 cup diced onions
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish)
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.
3. Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and toss everything together.
4. Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss again to ensure even coating.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
