🧂 Ingredients
For the “Noodle” Layers:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone

For the Meat Sauce:

1. Make the “Noodle” Base

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in mozzarella, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (about 9×13 inch).

Bake for 15 minutes until firm and golden.

Let cool, then slice into lasagna-sized sheets.
2. Prepare the Meat Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef (and pork if using) until browned.

Drain extra grease if needed.

Add salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.

Stir in beef broth and simmer 5–10 minutes to reduce.

Add ricotta or cream cheese for thickness and richness. Mix well.
3. Assemble the Lasagna

Grease a baking dish (9×9 or similar).

A layer of “noodle” sheets

Spoonfuls of ricotta or mascarpone
