Instructions
1. Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.

Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Mash gently with a fork — keep it slightly chunky for texture.
2. Toast the Bread

Toast your bread slices until golden and crisp.

You can drizzle with olive oil or butter for extra flavor.
3. Cook the Eggs
Choose your style:

Soft-boiled: Boil eggs for 6½–7 minutes, then transfer to cold water, peel, and halve.

Poached: Simmer water with a splash of vinegar, crack in eggs, and cook 3–4 minutes until whites are set.

Fried: Heat a small pan with oil/butter and cook until whites are set and yolks are still runny.
4. Assemble

Spread mashed avocado evenly over each toast slice.
