Mediterranean Turkey Meatballs Recipe 🌿🍋

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground turkey (lean)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp chopped mint (optional but adds great flavor)

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For Serving (optional):

  • Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce

  • Pita bread or rice

  • Cucumber tomato salad


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, feta, herbs, and spices. Mix gently until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch).

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of yogurt or tzatziki, alongside salad or pita.
