💡 Tips & Variations

  • For extra heat, add a few pickled jalapeños inside the wrap.

  • Use phyllo sheets instead of tortillas for a thinner, super-crunchy wrap.

  • Add a few drops of hot sauce into the honey for a kick.

  • Wraps can be  190°C (375°F) for 12–14 minutes for a faster, crispier result.

❓ Q&A

Q: Can I make them ahead of time?
A: You can assemble the wraps up to 1 day ahead and refrigerate them. Bake fresh for the best crunch.

Q: Can I use low-fat feta?
A: Yes, but full-fat feta melts creamier and holds better.

Q: Can I skip breadcrumbs?
A: Yes, but you’ll lose that crispy outer texture. You can substitute crushed cornflakes or almond flour for a gluten-free option.

Q: How to reheat leftovers?
A: Reheat in an oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes. Avoid microwaving as it softens the wrap.

Q: Can I make the drizzle less spicy?
A: Absolutely—reduce chili flakes or use smoked paprika for a milder flavor.
