🫓 Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 2 naan breads (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 small cucumber, diced

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, thick)

  • 1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried dill)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make Tzatziki:

    • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

    • Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

  2. Prep the Chicken:

    • Season cooked chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil (you can also add a little oregano or paprika for extra flavor).

  3. Assemble the Pizzas:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    • Place naan on a lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.

    • Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella over each naan.

    • Add the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.

    • Top with a little more mozzarella and feta.

  4. Bake:

    • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden and crisp.

  5. Finish with Tzatziki:

    • Remove pizzas from oven. Let them cool slightly.

    • Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce.

    • Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and diced cucumber for freshness.

🌿 Serving Tips

  • Serve warm with extra tzatziki on the side for dipping.

  • For a spicy kick, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  • Can also be made on flatbread or pita instead of naan.
