🥩 Carnivore Steak Egg Wrap
Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 ribeye, sirloin, or flank steaks (about 200 g each)

4 large eggs

1 tbsp butter (or ghee, tallow, or preferred animal fat)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika
Instructions
Step 1 – Cook the Steak

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.

Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt ½ tbsp butter.

Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or until desired doneness.

Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Step 2 – Make the Egg Wrap

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little butter.

Pour eggs in and swirl to coat the pan thinly (like making a crepe).

Cook until set, then flip for a few seconds.

Repeat with the other 2 eggs (you’ll have 2 egg wraps).
Step 3 – Assemble the Wrap

Place sliced steak onto the egg wrap.

Roll up tightly like a burrito.

Repeat for the second wrap.
