📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 large beet (or 2 small), roasted & peeled

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Wrap beet(s) in foil, drizzle with a little olive oil, and roast for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender.
