🥩 Carnivore Beef, Egg & Cheese Skillet

(Cheap, Easy, and All-Animal Ingredients)

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 or fattier)

  • 4–6 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any full-fat cheese)

  • Salt (Redmond Real Salt or sea salt)

  • Optional (but carnivore-friendly):

    • 1–2 tbsp butter, tallow, or bacon grease

    • Sprinkle of liver powder or cooked liver bits for nutrient boost

🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add butter or tallow if desired for more fat/flavor.

    • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Salt to taste.

  2. Make Egg Wells

    • Flatten beef a bit with a spatula.

    • Make small “wells” in the meat with the back of a spoon.

  3. Add Eggs

    • Crack an egg into each well.

    • Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low.

    • Cook for about 5–8 minutes, or until the whites are set and yolks are done to your liking.

  4. Add Cheese

    • Sprinkle cheese evenly across the skillet.

    • Cover again for 1–2 minutes until melted.

  5. Serve Hot

    • Eat straight from the skillet or plate it up.

    • Optional: Top with extra butter, egg yolk, or melted beef fat.

🧠 Carnivore Tips:

  • Want more fat? Stir in bone marrow, bacon bits, or top with a dollop of beef tallow.

  • To make it super nutrient-dense, crumble in some cooked beef liver.

  • For a “crunch,” toss in some crispy pork rinds just before serving.
