1 ball burrata cheese (125g–150g)

🔥 For the Hot Honey:

1/4 cup honey

1–2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to your spice level)

1. Roast the Tomatoes:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, toss halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar (if using).
