🔹 STEP 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.

  3. Mix in oats until the mixture becomes crumbly.

  4. Press all but 1 cup of the mixture into the baking dish.

  1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  2. Add egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.

  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.

  2. Sprinkle the reserved 1 cup of crumb mixture on top.
