Chocolate Nut Clusters recipe you can make at home:
🍫 Chocolate Nut Clusters
Ingredients:
- 
2 cups mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, or walnuts) – roasted & unsalted 
- 
12 oz (about 2 cups) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 
- 
Pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish) 
Instructions:
- 
Melt the chocolate: - 
Microwave: Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. 
- 
Stovetop: Use a double boiler or place a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until melted. 
 
-

Combine: - 
Stir the nuts into the melted chocolate until they’re well coated. 
- 
Add vanilla extract if using.

Form clusters: - 
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
- 
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on each cluster (optional).

Set: - 
Let clusters cool at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for faster setting (about 20–30 minutes).

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

For added crunch, mix in some puffed rice or crushed pretzels.
