  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms (button or cremini work best)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

  • Β½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Β½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and a hint of spice)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil or vegetable oil (for frying)

1. Prep the Mushrooms:
Gently clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel (don’t wash them under running water). Remove stems if desired, or keep them whole.

2. Prepare the Breading Station:
