4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or paprika for heat and color
🔪 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails:
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster shell to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Season & Bake:
-
Melt 1 tbsp of butter and brush over the lobster meat.
-
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
-
Place on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:
-
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter.
-
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
-
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened slightly.
-
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir well and remove from heat.
4️⃣ Serve:
-
Plate the lobster tails and spoon the warm garlic cream sauce generously over the top.
-
Garnish with extra parsley or lemon wedges if desired.
