1 egg

ΒΎ cup finely ground pork rinds (or almond flour if low-carb)

ΒΌ tsp garlic powder (optional)

ΒΌ cup sugar-free tomato sauce or meat broth (optional)

Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (extra)

ΒΌ cup cooked ground beef
-
ΒΌ cup cooked Italian sausage
-
ΒΌ cup chopped bacon
-
ΒΌ cup pepperoni slices
-
ΒΌ cup chopped ham or shredded rotisserie chicken

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Grated Parmesan (for finishing)

1. Make the Crust:

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1β2 minutes, stirring halfway, until melted and smooth.

Add egg, pork rinds, and optional garlic powder. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan into a circle or rectangle about ΒΌ inch thick.

Bake for 8β10 minutes until golden brown.
2. Add the Toppings:

Spread a very thin layer of sauce (or skip if going full carnivore).

Sprinkle on the extra cheese, followed by all the meats β ground beef, sausage, bacon, pepperoni, ham, etc.

Add red pepper flakes if you like heat.
3. Bake to Finish:

Return pizza to the oven and bake for another 8β10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
