  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

🔹 STEP 1: Cook the Turkey Bacon

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook for 5–7 minutes, until crispy.

  3. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the flavorful drippings in the pan.

🔹 STEP 2: Sauté the Brussels Sprouts

  1. To the same skillet, add the halved Brussels sprouts, cut side down.

  2. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

🔹 STEP 3: Make the Creamy Sauce

  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

  2. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

🔹 STEP 4: Combine and Serve

  1. Return the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet and stir everything together.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve hot — as a luxurious side dish or a satisfying main with crusty bread or grilled chicken!

💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Make it lighter: Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or evaporated milk.

  • Add a crunch: Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs or crushed almonds before serving.

  • Go spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick.

  • Make it vegetarian: Use veggie bacon or omit the meat altogether.
