🍯🍠 Honey Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes with a Delicious Glaze

A sweet and savory roasted side dish perfect for cozy dinners, holidays, or healthy meal prep!


Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth)

  • Fresh parsley or thyme (optional, for garnish)


🥣 Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Oven & Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the diced sweet potatoes.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey.

  4. Sprinkle in cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using).

  5. Toss everything well until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 2: Roast

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
