Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Shrimp Seasoning:

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Dressing (Honey Mustard):

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
