Ingredients:
1 lb Mueller’s Cut Macaroni
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the macaroni: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
