Crispy Ranch Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

01 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
02 1 cup buttermilk

→ Breading

03 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
06 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 1/2 teaspoon salt

11 2 eggs, beaten
12 Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

Step 02

In a bowl, marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced flavor.

Step 03

In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
