Ingredients

  • – 1 cup cottage cheese preferably low-fat
  • – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • – ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • – ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • – 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as oregano or Italian seasoning
  • – Salt and pepper to taste
  • – Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
