🥗🌯 0 Point Chicken Burrito Bowl
A delicious and guilt-free dinner loaded with lean protein and fresh veggies — all for 0 WW points!
✅ Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray
For the Bowl Base:

2 cups shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

1 cup diced tomatoes
-
1 cup diced cucumber or bell pepper

1/2 cup diced red onion
-
1/2 cup corn (no sugar added)
-
1/2 cup black beans (optional, check your WW plan)

Fresh cilantro (optional)
Optional Toppings (0 Point or Low Point depending on WW Plan):

Fat-free plain Greek yogurt (as sour cream substitute)

Salsa
-
Fresh lime wedges
-
Pickled jalapeños
🔪 Instructions:
STEP 1: MARINATE & COOK CHICKEN

In a bowl, mix lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (longer if you have time).

Heat a skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray, and cook chicken until no longer pink and slightly charred (about 6–7 minutes per side).

Rest for a few minutes, then dice or slice.
STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE BOWL

Start with shredded lettuce as the base.

Top with tomatoes, cucumbers or bell peppers, onions, corn, and black beans if using.

Add the grilled chicken on top.
STEP 3: GARNISH & SERVE

Add a dollop of Greek yogurt, a spoonful of salsa, and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Sprinkle cilantro and jalapeños if desired.
