🥗🌯 0 Point Chicken Burrito Bowl

A delicious and guilt-free dinner loaded with lean protein and fresh veggies — all for 0 WW points!


✅ Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray

For the Bowl Base:

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup diced cucumber or bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup corn (no sugar added)

  • 1/2 cup black beans (optional, check your WW plan)

  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Optional Toppings (0 Point or Low Point depending on WW Plan):

  • Fat-free plain Greek yogurt (as sour cream substitute)

  • Salsa

  • Fresh lime wedges

  • Pickled jalapeños


🔪 Instructions:

STEP 1: MARINATE & COOK CHICKEN

  • In a bowl, mix lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes (longer if you have time).

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray, and cook chicken until no longer pink and slightly charred (about 6–7 minutes per side).

  • Rest for a few minutes, then dice or slice.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE BOWL

  • Start with shredded lettuce as the base.

  • Top with tomatoes, cucumbers or bell peppers, onions, corn, and black beans if using.

  • Add the grilled chicken on top.

STEP 3: GARNISH & SERVE

  • Add a dollop of Greek yogurt, a spoonful of salsa, and a squeeze of fresh lime.

  • Sprinkle cilantro and jalapeños if desired.
