3 tbsp butter, cubed

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried thyme + rosemary mix)
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
-
Grill: Preheat to 400°F (medium-high heat).
-
Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Prep the Packets
Cut 4 large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each).
Lightly spray or brush each with olive oil.
3️⃣ Mix Everything
In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, potatoes, onions, and bell pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle all the seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
4️⃣ Assemble
Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets.
Top each portion with a few cubes of butter.
5️⃣ Seal the Packets
Fold up the sides of the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to form a packet, keeping space inside for steam circulation.
6️⃣ Cook
-
Grill: Place packets on the grill, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
-
Oven: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to your liking.
7️⃣ Serve
Carefully open the packets (watch the steam!).
Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra pat of butter if you like.
