1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Roll Out the Dough
Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
If making keto-style, roll out fathead dough or low-carb dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
3️⃣ Layer Ham & Cheese
Lay ham slices evenly across the dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ham.
4️⃣ Fold & Seal
Fold the dough in half (like closing a book) and press gently to seal the edges.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into 1-inch wide strips.
5️⃣ Brush with Butter Mixture
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the strips with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan.
6️⃣ Bake
Place the strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheesy.

Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with ranch, marinara, or honey mustard for dipping.
