Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 large carrots, chopped
2 large potatoes, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup frozen green beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

2. In a slow cooker, combine the cooked beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans, garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir everything together and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
4. Serve hot with crusty bread or over cooked rice. Enjoy!
