Ingredients:
3 pounds of chicken wings
1 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of minced garlic
1 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of minced garlic
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, vegetable oil, ketchup, and minced garlic. Stir well to create a marinade.
3. Place the seasoned chicken wings in a slow cooker.
4. Pour the honey garlic marinade over the chicken wings, making sure they are well coated.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, or on high heat for 2-3 hours. The cooking time may vary depending on your slow cooker.
Optional: After the cooking time is up, you can optionally remove the chicken wings from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet. Preheat your oven to broil. Brush the chicken wings with some of the sauce from the slow cooker and broil them for 2-3 minutes until they become crispy and slightly charred.
Serve the Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Wings as a delicious appetizer or main course. You can garnish them with some chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
