Ingredients

1 can of salmon (14 3/4 ounces)

1/4 cup of finely chopped onion.

1/4 cup of cornmeal

1/4 cup of flour

1 egg

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Open the can of salmon and make sure to remove all the liquid. Put the drained salmon in a bowl and break it into small pieces using a fork. Include onion, cornmeal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Mix until everything is well combined.
Form the mixture into round shapes similar in size to a regular hamburger or smaller. Fry in a pan with oil on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Flip over once when cooking.
Remember: The mayonnaise helps the burgers keep their form and prevents them from becoming too dry.
