Instructions

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken slices and coat well. Marinate for 15–30 minutes. -
Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. -
Prepare the Flatbread
Place flatbreads on a baking tray. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese on top. -
Add Chicken
Spread the cooked garlic herb chicken evenly over the flatbread. -
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts. -
Make Lemon Drizzle
Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, and salt until smooth. -
